Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only within 7 days from the date of arrival.

The following CANNOT be returned:

-worn, washed or altered items


-scarves, hair accessories, or hats

-shape wear


-gift cards

-discounted items including all sales and promotional sale items.

We inspect ALL returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse based on the returned condition. Items that do not meet our criteria are subject to denial or store credit.

Something wrong with your order?

Please email DTK at natalie@dresstokillinc.co regarding any exchanges prior to shipping. We suggest that items be sent back USPS, UPS, or FedEX along with a tracking number. 

We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us. Once your package is received, please allow 2 business days for return processing.  When your return is processed, you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes.  We do not refund shipping charges.
